Tim Cosby has served as a professional executive coach since 2010 and is the Founder and President of Culture Impact, a division of Empowerment Coaching Network, International, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Mi. Culture Impact is a coaching, training, and consulting firm and is currently delivering 8 Coaching Programs across the globe.
Their flagship program is Conversational Management and is being implemented in corporations throughout the U.S., London, Toronto, and the country of Belize. As a program that helps managers move from ‘boss’ to ‘coach,’ it is showing significant ROI in organizations that have struggled with the challenges of employee engagement, creating a collaborative culture, retaining good people, and equipping next-gen leaders. He co-founded and developed the Empowerment Success Coach Program in 2014 out of his experience with several staff and faculty members from Northwestern Michigan College and has been equipping Success Coaches in several other universities since that time. He has also co-authored the following programs: Conversational Collaboration, Conversational Parenting, Conversational Selling, Empowerment Success Coach-College, Empowerment Success Coach-K12, Empowerment Impact Coach, and the Certified Professional Empowerment Coach Program.

Tim has served as an Ambassador for the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce since 2017. He was a former Racquetball Instructor at GR Racquet & Fitness and resides in Grand Rapids with his wife of 47 years, Diane, enjoying their 4 grown children and spoiling their 8 grandchildren.
